Kampala - The Return

This is the one and only video diary from the second Community Albums trip to Uganda.... the main reason is because of an exciting development while we have been here: Viva received a call yesterday from the Ugandan Parliament requesting a meeting next Monday! So, the film and song we are working on this week now takes on a new significance, as it will form part of Viva's presentation to the government. Under the banner 'I'm keeping children safe... what about you?', its theme is "Don't leave children unattended".
So, the 20 strong team of people here, are working very hard, recording interviews, writing a song and documenting people's stories. Our deadline is Saturday, so it's a great challenge, and one which leaves us unable to make any more diaries... we will post the film and song when they are finished, though!

In the meantime hope you enjoy this...
